Every batch is independently tested by a third-party analytical lab for identity and purity. The certificate of analysis is filed by batch number and provided with your order, so you verify the exact lot you received.
What does “research use only” mean?+
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosing claims are made. You must be 21 or older to order.
How fast do you ship?+
Orders ship from the United States in plain, protective, unbranded packaging, tracked to the door. Ground, 2-Day, Overnight and Cold Chain at checkout. Free Ground or 2-Day on orders of $200 and up. Transit times for each speed are set out in the shipping policy.
How is my order packaged?+
Discreetly, in plain unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior. Lyophilized vials are stable in transit; store per your research protocol on arrival.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
